KAMIKAZE
DRONE
India's indigenous 5-inch expendable loitering munition. 580g carbon fibre composite airframe with GPS + GLONASS autonomous strike capability, EO Day/Night camera, and 3 km autonomous range. One soldier deploys the complete system from backpack to airborne in under 8 minutes.

GPS + GLONASS
PRECISION STRIKE
This expendable drone uses dual-constellation GPS and GLONASS satellite navigation for autonomous waypoint flight with metre-level terminal accuracy — a capability that sets it apart from basic FPV-only kamikaze drones available in India. The operator programmes target coordinates on the rugged OCU, and the loitering munition flies itself at 18 m/s cruise speed. Two flight modes provide complete tactical flexibility: manual FPV piloting for real-time operator control through terrain, or fully autonomous GPS-guided approach for beyond-visual-range precision strike missions without continuous pilot input.

EO DAY/NIGHT
CAMERA SYSTEM
The front-mounted electro-optical camera with day and night capability is what makes this kamikaze drone effective in all lighting conditions — from high-noon desert operations to pre-dawn strikes. Real-time video streams directly to the operator's ground control station, giving the pilot first-person view of terrain, obstacles, and the target for positive identification before engagement. On-board DVR records every mission for post-flight intelligence analysis, battle damage assessment, and training review. The OSD overlays critical telemetry — range, speed, altitude, and battery — with a crosshair reticle pattern for precision terminal guidance.
CARBON FIBRE
COMPOSITE AIRFRAME
AutoAbode manufactures this kamikaze drone with a carbon fibre composite primary structure — the same aerospace-grade material used in military UAV airframes worldwide, but engineered in India for Indian operational environments. At just 580 grams all-up weight, the 5-inch frame achieves an exceptional rigidity-to-weight ratio that survives the impact loads of expendable missions. High-temperature nylon secondary components are rated for continuous operation from 0°C in Siachen-type high-altitude conditions to 55°C in Rajasthan desert heat. The compact 220 × 220 × 110 mm form factor fits in a standard infantry backpack. Available in Olive Green or Black for reduced visual signature across all Indian terrain types.

120g PAYLOAD
WITH DUAL SAFETY
The 120-gram payload bay is engineered specifically for expendable loitering munition mission profiles — a capability that distinguishes this system from repurposed commercial FPV drones. The payload initiating mechanism uses a two-stage safety architecture: a physical safety cover must be manually released before the remote arming switch becomes active, preventing accidental activation during transport, handling, or flight. Triple-redundant failsafe logic triggers automatic Return-to-Home on communication loss, low battery voltage, or EKF navigation health degradation — ensuring the drone returns safely if the mission is aborted or conditions change. This makes it a recoverable asset until the final engagement decision.
RUGGED OCU
BATTLEFIELD READY
The rugged Operator Control Unit is purpose-built for Indian military field conditions — from high-altitude border outposts to arid forward operating bases. The shock-resistant housing survives 1.5-metre drops onto hard surfaces without any functional degradation or structural damage, meeting military ruggedisation standards. The sun-readable display provides clear FPV video feed and flight telemetry in direct sunlight — critical for operations in India's tropical and desert environments. Full OSD interface overlays range, groundspeed, altitude, and battery percentage with a crosshair reticle for precision terminal guidance. The OCU is compatible with commercially available COTS FPV goggles for immersive piloting, and cross-compatible with other AutoAbode drones in the fleet — enabling multi-platform operations from a single ground control station.

SINGLE OPERATOR
8-MINUTE DEPLOY
This is a truly single-man portable kamikaze drone system — the complete package (drone, rugged OCU, batteries, and field spares) is carried and operated by one infantry soldier with no ground crew, no launch rail, and no support vehicle required. From opening the backpack to having the drone airborne and en route takes under 8 minutes — faster than any comparable loitering munition system available to Indian forces. The electric brushless propulsion produces minimal acoustic and thermal signature, making the drone difficult to detect at operational altitudes. A ceiling of 2000 metres AMSL and 150 metres AGL provides tactical flexibility across Indian plains, Himalayan mountains, and dense urban terrain. Designed, engineered, and manufactured entirely in India by AutoAbode — Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat certified for Indian defence procurement under DAP 2020 categories.

TACTICAL
DEPLOYMENT
Forward Area Strike
GPS-guided precision engagement of static targets behind cover, in defilade, or inside structures. The operator programmes coordinates from a concealed launch position up to 3 km away — the kamikaze drone navigates autonomously to the target without requiring continuous pilot input or line-of-sight. Ideal for neutralising fortified positions, observation posts, and high-value targets along the Line of Control and international border.
Reconnaissance & Strike
The EO Day/Night camera provides real-time first-person video for target identification, assessment, and immediate engagement — all from a single operator. Unlike conventional reconnaissance drones that require a separate strike asset, this loitering munition combines ISR and strike in one expendable platform. The operator positively identifies the target through the live feed, then makes the engagement decision with full situational awareness.
Convoy Interdiction
Rapid single-soldier deployment against moving soft-skin vehicles at road junctions, mountain passes, and chokepoints. The 18 m/s cruise speed and 3 km autonomous range provide tactical standoff — the operator launches from a concealed position and the drone intercepts the target en route. The carbon fibre airframe's low visual and acoustic signature makes detection difficult until terminal approach.
Perimeter Defence
Loiter-and-engage capability for forward operating base and border outpost perimeter security. The drone launches on threat detection, loiters in the area of interest using its 12-minute endurance, and engages if the threat is confirmed. Triple-redundant RTH failsafe ensures the expendable drone returns safely if the threat does not materialise — preserving the asset for future missions rather than wasting it on false alarms.
