At AutoAbode, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that there may be times when you need to cancel or request a refund for an order. Please review the following policy to ensure a smooth experience.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable under the following condition:
Out of Stock Products
If a product you've ordered is out of stock at the time of fulfilment, you are eligible for a full refund. In such cases, we will notify you immediately and the refund process will be initiated.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days.
In case of an out-of-stock refund, no amount will be deducted — full refund guaranteed.
Please note: Refunds are not applicable once the product has been shipped.

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this period, the order will be processed and cancellation will not be possible.
To Cancel Your Order:
Contact our customer support team as soon as possible within the specified time frame, and drop an email mentioning your cancellation reason, request, and Order ID.
